MAIIA TERMS OF SERVICE

AGREEMENT

By accessing or using getmaiia.com or any MAIIA product ("Service") you accept these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

WHO MAY USE THE SERVICE

You must be at least 13 years old and able to form a binding contract. You represent that any registration information you give is accurate and kept current.

ACCOUNT & SECURITY

• • Keep your login credentials confidential.
• • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• • Notify us immediately at support@getmaiia.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

LICENSE TO YOU

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.

ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to:

• • Violate any law or another person's rights.
• • Upload content you do not have the right to use.
• • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to access our source code.
• • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its security.

CONTENT OWNERSHIP

• • Your content: You keep all rights to media you upload. You grant MAIIA a limited license to process that content solely to provide the Service.
• • Our content: All software, trademarks, and materials on the Service belong to MAIIA or its licensors. You may not copy or exploit them without permission.

FEES & PAYMENT

Paid features require a valid payment method. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice.

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

You can cancel anytime in your account settings. We do not issue pro-rated refunds for partial periods unless required by law.

DISCLAIMERS

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that audio descriptions will be error-free or meet specific accessibility standards.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent allowed by law, MAIIA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

INDEMNITY

You will defend and indemnify MAIIA against any third-party claim arising from your content or breach of these Terms.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here and, for material changes, give 30 days' notice by email or prominent site notice. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.
